In 2011 in Belarus is planned to construct 10 million in sq. m of habitation that there will correspond 1 sq. m on the person in a year. Thereby Byelorussia will occupy "the advanced positions in the world on habitation building per capita". It at press conference was declared by the chairman of board of Natsbank Peter Prokopovich.

Besides, following the results of nine months in Republic volumes of preferential crediting of housing construction have increased. For January-September it has been given out such credits to physical persons and the agricultural organisations for the sum 3,2 trillions roubles that in 1,7 times exceeds delivery volume for the same period of last year.

The bank system also actively gave credits to physical persons on building and habitation acquisition in accordance with general practice. As of October, 1st, 2009 the debts of physical persons under such credits have reached 2,45 bln. rbl. that in 1,4 times more than for the same date last year.

Concerning delivery of soft loans on habitation, P.Prokopovich has noticed that no complexities at Belarusbank which gives out soft loans to persons included in a waiting list on habitation building in city settlements, on this question should be. "This bank has enough resources completely to provide crediting of building of habitation both in it, and next year, — the head of Natsbank has told. — in 2010 it is provided to construct 8 million square metres of habitation, and preferential crediting of this habitation will be priority".
