The new mortgage is cheaper than apartments for rent

New program considerably will improve conditions of hypothecary crediting in Russia and will make acquisition of habitation more favourably apartments hiring, Oleg Pronin, the general director of company "Relight-Invest" has declared in the performance at press conference.

Press conference "Measures on support of housing construction and stimulation of demand for economical apartments. Realisation of the pilot project with company Relight" has been devoted new program and the first project of the program – to an inhabited complex of complex building "Emerald" in the city of Saratov.

New program allows to reduce the rate of the credit to 10,5%-10% annual. Deductions reducing the interest rate (to 1%) – depending on type of habitation and an accessory of the borrower to separate categories of the population are provided.

Depreciation of sq. metre to 30 thousand roubles will allow to involve new buyers among whom there will be also young families with the average income. On similar buyers houses of first stage "Emerald" also paid off.

"At purchase of one-room apartment in the economical house in an inhabited complex "Emerald" cities of Saratov monthly payment under the credit, for a period of 30 years, will make 12,7 thousand roubles month, and employment – 15 thousand roubles", - Oleg Pronin, the head of company "Relight-Invest" has told.

New program helps developers. In particular, in the project "Emerald" building of the first 16-storeyed economical apartment house is financed. At the given program risks of the builder are lowered to zero – not realised apartments can be put or are redeemed with certain discount by the guarantor on sale. The target loan is thus extinguished, and new credits have longer term that allows the builder to avoid financial difficulties and to realise apartments in more comfortable time frameworks.
