The association is created under the aegis of committee of building and investments of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies and "Minskstroj" for the purpose of management in capital all building processes.

The next years to capital the raised task on habitation input is established: during the current year 1,4 million in sq. m of a total area, in 2010 - 1,74 million in sq. m, and in 2011 - 2,1 million in sq.m. If was a question earlier of deficiency of cranes and building materials now on the agenda in branch there is a personnel question. For this reason it is difficult to provide in full two - a three-replaceable mode on under construction objects.

Officially in a city it is registered more than 2 thousand companies of a building profile, from them of 80 % - small enterprises by number to 50 persons. "It is necessary all organisations with available possibilities, organizational and economic, to unite in one association that it would possible to operate and direct them for needs of a city, thereby having reduced unorganized movement of builders in capital", - have explained in Mingorispolkom (executive committee of city Minsk).

Now investment, business activity in a city in building spheres (apartment houses and administrative objects) is great enough. It testifies to its development. Therefore, designating a staff deficit problem, the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies makes all measures for its decision. The special program of development of capacities building complex of Minsk which realisation for 2-3 years will allow to update technical park of branch cardinally is accepted. For attraction of shots building of hostels is planned. The orders are signed, allowing to balance work cost in building branch.

Half of civil and erection works in capital is carried out by the private companies, and half of investments mastered in the building market - private. "It is feature of capital as big city. In such conditions it is necessary to accumulate and direct these organisations on realisation of the most priority problems of Minsk. Besides a way of creation of associations of builders there have passed all developed countries", - have noted in Mingorispolkom, having added what to finish the association organisation in capital is planned till the end of current year.
