Residential area "Minsk-city" building will begin in the first quarter 2010

As it was informed earlier, building was planned to begin next autumn.

Area erection will begin with the building site organisation. Now is worked on dismantle and recycling of a waste of the former industrial complex of ferro-concrete products (CFP-214) in which territory quarter will be located.

"Minsk-city" will take places on the areas of airport "Minsk-1" located in the centre of capital. Within the limits of the project erection of 3 million sq. m. of habitation, it is planned the creation of a network of objects of a social infrastructure, including nine kindergartens and seven schools. The area of office premises will make 550 thousand sq. m. The trading-entertaining complex will take places on 200 thousand sq. m. It is supposed that "Minsk-city" will possess the developed transport infrastructure, on its territory will pass routes of all kinds of a municipal transportation.
