Terms to rent Minsk apartment

We are a team of creative and responsible people working in the rental of luxury apartments in Minsk, without intermediaries. We are renting the own apartments, so we are closely cooperating with our customers, not trusting this part to the middlemen. We have quite a great experience - more than 15 years on the Minsk apartment rent market.

Our rules are pretty simple:

• We populate our clients ourselves
• When the client checks he provides an identification document
• 100% payment for accommodation on arrival
• $ 50 as a security deposit for the safety of apartment - back at eviction
• Observance of silence after 23.00
• During the eviction we check the apartment and return the security deposit
